ADVISOR COMPLAINTS
Consistent with the Code of Conduct, NSSA® Certified Advisers are expected to conduct the Social Security segment of their business in a manner that is consistent with the NSSA mission. Specifically, advisers should:
Provide competent and ethical Social Security planning.
Benefit society by helping individuals and couples improve their financial security during retirement years through maximization of Social Security benefits.
If you feel that your NSSA® Certified Advisor has deviated from these levels of professional excellence, please let us know. We will investigate your concerns, work to correct the situation, and get back with you regarding the status of your complaint.
